GGS Appoints Mark Shoemaker As Executive Vice
President To Head Company’s Book Services Division

YORK, PA --- GGS Information Services, of 3265 Farmtrail Road, has announced the new promotion of Mark Shoemaker, Senior Vice President of Strategic Planning, to the position of Executive Vice President of its GGS Book Services division, effective January 1, 2006.

Since having joined GGS in January 2003, Shoemaker has been intimately involved with several strategic operational initiatives that have improved workflow processes, created global production initiatives, and optimized customer service within the firm’s Book Services and Technical Publication Services divisions.

For nearly two years Shoemaker has directed and overseen the development of the GGS “Power of One” business model, which has brought several individual work groups into singular alignment to better meet the delivery, production and pricing issues faced by customers transacting business in the global marketplace.

He has been actively associated with the development and training of GGS’s expanding field sales force, and the establishment and monitoring of performance metrics and other indicators that relate to the company’s continuing achievement and certification to ISO 9001:2000 quality standards.

Before joining GGS, Shoemaker had previously held numerous senior management positions with TechBooks, formerly known as York Graphic Services of York, PA. He is a resident of nearby Red Lion, PA.
