Immediate Release GGS Book Services Opens New Mid-West Office; YORK, PA --- GGS Book Services, a division of GGS Information Services of 3265 Farmtrail Road in York, PA recently named Ms. Cindy Miller of St. Paul, Minnesota, as director of production services for its new Twin Cities office. The addition of Miller to this new management position and the establishment of a new GGS Book Services Mid-West office further strengthens the company’s commitment to its growing customer base, and is indicative of the expanding geographic reach of the company in meeting the needs of book publishing customers both domestically and internationally. With more than 16 years of publishing industry experience, Miller has an extensive professional background which includes previous positions as production editor, developmental editor and manager of production services. Her expertise includes the leadership and motivation of full-service customer service teams and establishing goal-oriented, customer-directed workflows. She will be responsible for managing the full-service staff of GGS Book Services co-located at the firms’ Pennsylvania and New Jersey locations, and will also assume other responsibilities focusing on client service relations. This latest organizational enhancement further expands the high levels of efficiency and productivity available to customers in the el-hi, collegiate and professional publishing markets, and combined with the firm’s ability to react quickly and seamlessly among its many global locations, is another asset in the company’s innovative Power of One business model for book publishers.
